Ale
Made from grains and hops that were brought to Gor during the acquisition voyages,
Gorean Ale is closer to a honey lager than to an earthen ale or beer. Its color is deep and golden.

Bazi tea
Very aromatic tea brewed fresh from Bazi leaves. Served hot & heavily sugared;
traditionally drunk in three tiny cups, each made fresh then consumed in rapid succession.
Blackwine
Made from beans brought back to Gor during the early acquisition voyages and grown in the mountain of Thentis,
Blackwine is Gor's equivalent of earth's coffee in its most potent form.

Very expensive and rarely served, Chocolate is prepared by mixing its powdered form with fresh bosk milk, add sugars (yellow and white), and heat in a kettle over fires.

Ka-la-na
Made from the fruit of the ka-la-na tree, red or ruby ka-la-na is a dry red wine stored in bottles that bear the wax seal of the City of Ar, Gor's prime source of ka-la-na. Considered to be the symbol of romantic love, ka-la-na is served hot, cold, or warm.
Kal-da
A mixture of usually cheap ka-la-na, mulling spices and citrus juice. Heated in a small copper kettle on the hearthfire, it is ladled into a clay bowl, and garnished with fruit , usually larma, or tospit.
"Kal-da is a hot drink, almost scalding, made of diluted Ka-la-na wine, mixed with citrus juices and stinging spices.
Mead
A dark amber potent fermented wine made from honey, mead is stored in a tapped cask.
Traditionally, in the northern cities, mead will be served in horns.
Milk
There are two types of Milk. Milk from the Bosk, it is rich, thick, and sweet. Milk from the Sand Kaiila,
found in the Tahari. It is reddish and salty and high in ferrous sulfate. The Tuchuk have only Bosk milk.
Fermented milk curds
Made from bosk milk and very potent.
Palm wine
One of the exports of Schendi, it is quite tasty.
"Schendi's most significant exports are doubtless spice and hides, with kailiauk horn and horn products also being of great importance. One of her most delicious exports is palm wine."

Rence beer
Brewed from the pith of the rence plant, it is a drink of the rence growers of the Delta of the Vosk.
"At such times there is drinking of rence beer, steeped, boiled and fermented from the crushed seeds and the whitish pith of the plant."

Sa- Paga
The words Pagar-Sa-Tarna ( Sa-Paga) mean "pleasure of life daughter". Paga, the symbol of physical love, is an not distilled, amber colored, alcoholic beverage made from the golden sa-tarna grain. Paga may be served warm or cold.
Slavewine
Slave wine is bitter, it is intentionally so. Its effects last more than a Gorean month. I did not wish the females to conceive.

Made from the golden vine borne vegetable called "sul" (resembles an earth potato),
Sul-Paga is a distilled, clear alcoholic beverage reminiscent of earth's vodka.
Ta-wine
A dry wine made from the ta-grapes from the Isle of Cos, Ta-wine also known as Cosian wine, is kept in bottles at room temperature.
Turian Liquor
Thick sweet liquors, served in tiny glasses, rather like the dessert wines of Earth. Turian liquors are said to be some of the best liquors on Gor.
She picked up the small tray from the stand near the table. On it was the small vessel containing a thick, sweet liqueur from distant Turia, the Ar of the south, and the two tiny glasses from which we had sipped it.
